1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
2. Sizing & Exchanges
   To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. Because our items are produced with dedicated attention to detail, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices.
3. Order Cancellations
   If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds
   Once your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
